All eyes will be on Verona, Italy in January 2021 with fresh news confirming the 13th edition of the International Motor Bike Expo (MBE) will go ahead as planned. Given both EICMA and Intermot were cancelled this year, it’s likely next year’s MBE will be used to re-launch the entire two-wheel sector.
Slated for January 21-24, 2021 – the Motor Bike Expo (MBE) will showcase new release models for 2021-22, as well as one-off customisations and concept bikes. This year the event attracted over 170,000 customers, with participation from all the major players in the industry, including: Ducati, Aprilia, BMW Motorrad, Motul, Harley-Davidson, Indian, and Triumph to name but a few.
In their official press release, co-founder of the event, Paola Somma, comments that:
“We are truly happy to see in our exhibitors such real enthusiasm which further fuels our unstoppable desire to create yet another unique event forPaola Somma, Co-Founder MBE
all motorcycle enthusiasts, of course maintaining faith in what the health provisions will be. We confirm that the attention will be on the entire 360° motorcycle panorama; from the track to off-road, from customization to long road trips: official presentations of 2021 models, one-off creations, apparel and accessories, but above all the opportunity to meet with riders and bike builders…”
It will be an interesting event, and given it’s likely to be the first chance for the major manufacturers to showcase their 2021-22 model lineups, no doubt there will be a few surprises in store for those who attend.
