Every so often you come across a custom motorcycle so beautifully designed and executed, that it literally stops you in your tracks. Roland Sands Design’s insane naked Ducati Superleggera is one such motorcycle.
The bike was featured in a recent Cycle World article by Mark Hoyer, and as soon as I caught the lead image, I knew I had to read more.
I’ll give you a quick run down of the bike, however please head on over to the article (link below) for a great read, and to learn the story behind this nuts bike.
Starting with a stock 2014 Ducati Superleggera, RSD removed all the carbon fibre fairings and the factory exhaust, in favour of a custom seat panel, belly pan, front number board and a gorgeous modified full-titanium Akrapovič exhaust – which itself is a thing of beauty.
